The fee for a vendor space is $200 for the duration of the event. The rent for each booth space will be a $200 guaranteed flat fee or 20% of gross sales, whichever is higher. All guarantees must be paid before the event. We require a $100 deposit per booth payable upon acceptance in order to secure your spot. We are expecting 600 attendees. 

The fee includes a 10 x 10 space, a heavy-duty metal-frame canvas tent, and 1 table. It also includes two vendor staff tickets. Additional vendor tickets must be purchased.

Vendors must be present between 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Vendor accepts responsibility for all lost or stolen merchandise and equipment. Vendor accepts all responsibility, liability, and costs for any damage to booth, to customers, to the festival and to the environment. Vendors are responsible for all required licenses and permits.

Vehicles

The Harm(onic) Reduction Market is an artistically-designed flowing area on 15th Street between Harrison and Webster featuring many fine artists and retailers. After initial set up in the Harm(onic) Reduction Market, all vehicles must be moved to the many lots and street parking options nearby.

Food Trucks

Mobile unit spaces: self contained vehicles or trailers that provide their own power and water systems. Vendor accepts responsibility for all lost or stolen merchandise and equipment. Vendor accepts all responsibility, liability, and costs for any damage to truck, to customers, to the festival and to the environment. Vendors are responsible for all required licenses and permits.

Vendors must provide food between 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Since we are expecting a large crowd of around 600 people for the weekend, it is imperative that each vendor has the experience and ability to serve large numbers of people quickly for long hours.

The rent for each truck space will be a $250 guaranteed flat fee or 20% of gross sales, whichever is higher. All guarantees must be paid before the event. We require a $125 deposit per truck payable upon acceptance in order to secure your spot. The balance of your guarantee, along with any fees due for power, water, trash deposit, tent rental and premium space fees must be paid in full in advance of arrival at the festival. All rent must be paid by the end of the event.
